We have two great lines to choose from,  Breathe Yoga Wear and TONIC Aparel,  both Vancouve-based companies.   We carry a modest selection of yoga shorts, capris, pants and tops for women and men, as well as zip-ups, hoodies and yoga mat and gear bags.   

Nalgene Water Bottles
Our water bottles come in two sizes 1L for $16 and 500ml for $12. They are made from thick plastic that does not leach chemicals into the water even when re-used. They are suitable for cold and hot liquids and are dishwasher friendly. A wide selection of colours are available in both sizes.

Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap-Peppermint
This is the soap we feature in the showers. We dilute it one part soap to two parts water, so it really goes a long way! It is hemp,castile soap made with organic oils. You can use it on any part of your body. It leaves you with a great tingly, fresh feeling - $10.

Living your Yoga by Judith Lasater
This is a great book that compliments a yoga practice in that it shows how what we learn in class can be applied out of class in regular life.

The Yoga Tradition by Georg Feuerstein
This is a comprehensive study of yoga history, philosophy and practice. Great for anyone looking to really dive into learning about every aspect of, as the title implies? the yoga tradition. Can be a source of learning as a reference guide even after reading it cover to cover.
